12pm – 5pm – Friday and Saturday Dubai time – 45 minute break in the middle
Includes a guided meditation, movement and Dharma teachings twice a day.
The goal is to use this time alleviate personal stress and to provide tools that will put you in a powerful position that minimizes worry and increases vitality and joy.
You will receive some ancient self-calming techniques and gradually extend the wish for well-being and happiness to all beings in your personal life, the plane and beyond.
By learning to understand arising sensations in the body, the unpredictability of your emotional world, the wildness of the thinking mind and using mantras, you will cultivate something we could all use a little more of – greater inner peace!
You will practice forgiving “self” and “other” through a process of embodied radical truth. Where do you hold on and cling to the past? Do you have a strong desire to crack your personal drama code? What energetic rhythm holds the key to moving you beyond a story that no longer serves you.
Evangelos is a Dharma Teacher, certified 5Rhythms® movement meditation facilitator, and coach. He has been training and teaching for 20 years and continues to practice regularly with a wide variety of teachers and contemporary modalities as well as studying with Buddhist meditation teachers Doug and Catherine Sensei of the Namgyal lineage. His compassionate and investigative nature encourages students to view life challenges and conflicting emotions as an opportunity for personal growth and somatic transformation. He has a passion for integrating the path of awakening through somatic expression, art and business. Evangelos regularly teaches across Canada, Asia, Europe and the Americas.
